While you have spent a lot of time trying to reach the next year's goal, there are plenty of things to do to reach them.
Before we move on, the language is here. Goals can be replaced with goals, goals, results, results, solutions, goals, ambitions, and anything else you might think. For the purposes of this report, the writer uses the target.
How often have you started the year or your next phase of development with good intentions and some goals you want to accomplish, just because you never see something to achieve them? This article will be the 9 biggest obstacle you will find your way. I take each one of them one by one and find out what's behind it, why it's there, and more importantly, the action you can do to put it on one side.
What I'm going to do, proof of this is the survey conducted by Sole Traders and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), which identifies the challenges that they will face in the coming years.

Why is it a goal?
If there are several reasons for determining their own goals in the 1979 Harvard MBA study, only three percent of graduates have written goals and plans; 13 percent had a goal but was not in writing; and 84 percent did not at all target.
Ten years later, the results showed that 13 per cent of the class, whose goals were to reach 84 per cent, was unavailable. Three percent of those who have defined and described their goals are earning ten times as much as the other 97 percent.
Some general goals that are too general. They are in fact common fantasies for everyone. The goals, however, are clear, written, accurate and measurable.
What is the purpose?
Other usernames, exploring other languages. Why do we have us? Different target types – front / rear.
Some goals are removed from the goals. They are usually located in the negative. Here are some examples.
o I do not want to smoke any more
o I do not want to make it unfit
o I do not want to be overweight
o I do not want to break away
Let's shake them out of the positive
o I'm not a smoker
o I'm fine and I'm healthy
o I have an ideal weight
o I can cover my account
Notice the difference. These are positive and we assume that you have already achieved it. Assuming your "behavior changes" by behaving as if you have already done what you want to do. How good it is before you get there. It also strengthens motivation.
So now we've decided that our purpose is something or something away. We have now made a positive contribution. However, this is still not a very detailed goal. We will now look at how to make it more accurate.
The ideal goal should be positive, timely and specific. You would also like to consider how you will be able to reach out, how will it feel about the people around you? What are you going to do to celebrate it?
The goal needs time. When do I want to achieve it? If I want to do this, when should I start? What is the first step you need to do? Who should I say? You have to say this is the first step? What kind of skills or knowledge do I need during my trip?
Target size, goal too large to reach? If so, then smaller pieces of small pieces may be the right approach.
How serious do you think this goal is? On the scale of 1-10 (1 low and 10 high), how committed is the goal? If the answer is less than 7, you will not be able to follow it completely. What should you do for this purpose to move from 7 to 8?
Now that you really have determined your goal, you are ready. Are not you? So what prevents it?
I take all the possible obstacles and elaborate it.
The lack of information
Information can have two effects. Too much can be overwhelmed and can prevent you from making a decision or taking the next steps. With too little information you can not put things in perspective or look at the bigger picture. If you identify where your gaps are in your knowledge and including it as part of your goal, you will be closer to achieving it. There are many new information available. Research, designed reading, listening to CDs, DVDs on a particular topic or creating networks with individuals who need to share their knowledge with them.
The lack of Skill
You may need to take the skills along the way to move forward. This can not be a huge challenge. As part of your goal setting, you will learn what skills you need and how to acquire the steps of the plan. This does not necessarily mean you have to apply for a course, though it's a good idea. Other alternatives such as on-line studies, planned reading, shadowing a colleague at work, or counseling from friends can help you get the skills you need.
Limitation of beliefs
We all have a belief in living our lives. These are set up in the subconscious at an early age. Sometimes these convictions hold you away and limit your ability to reach your goals. Some common examples may be familiar to you.
Definition or Deferral – Should I Do Something? This often results in nothing doing. The restrictive belief "I can not make decisions". You can not progress or get stuck – if a work method is inefficient, you can continue to use it and often create a comfortable zone, the restrictive belief here can be "I can not / will not change." Often people will say "I do not deserve to be successful" or "I do not have to work". Here we have our own sabotage and we do not value ourselves and our own ability. These are just a few examples, but listen to them and watch how many times you hear such things say.
Despite your best efforts, there may be times when you simply can not reach your goals. A sudden illness or injury may be restoring. When this happens, it must be realistic. Scaring you does not help, and it does not simply resign. Take some time to re-evaluate your goal and consider what options are right now. How important it is to achieve this goal within the original time frame. Notice how to pursue a different purpose and can help you at this time.
Often the people closest to us are afraid to reach our goals. For them, this means they can change, and this is a change for them as well. You do not necessarily know how important your goals are for you. If people with whom you share your time, such as your family, friends, colleagues, to not understand and support your goals, there is a chance that they may be affected. If these people are disadvantaged, they can sabotage plans for you.
Although you may want to meet the best of your intentions, after a while the novelty may wear out or have other disruptive effects. This can be traced back to many factors. Perhaps the goals you set were too big and should be broken down into smaller, manageable parts. Maybe you do not get the results and you have to consider what you're doing, which prevents you from moving forward. After a sustained effort, you may feel that the goal is actually something you do not want or at least the result.
In this case, the goal must be re-evaluated. If you need to make changes because the circumstances have changed, then modify it. If it no longer serves you, do not waste your energy because it is something you follow just because you started it.
We all live in a world where we do not have enough time. Many of us are "time-deficient", which means we do not handle the use of time to achieve the best results. I've often heard about people around me: "I have no time x". How true is this statement? We have made too much money, we have lost too much and we are embarrassed not to? Maybe, but I have a different view.
If we approach our time usage without any structure, we can jump from one thing to another in a single specific order. Without a priority, one thing is going to the next urgent thing.
There are also confusing factors. This may be confusing for others who do not have the same aspiration as you. The confusion of phone calls and e-mails. We often take up with things that are nice but do not move forward to reach our goals.
Money is the most important reason for not following its purpose. In general, this shortage of funds will stop you. When you hear someone say "I can not afford it," or "I have no money." These statements are usually offered without hesitation.
While I agree that it may be true to some extent, what alternatives are actually discovered and how to find the money otherwise? If you really seriously consider this goal, how long would it be to find the money (legally)?
Let's turn this around and look at it in another perspective. Why does it matter to you that you do not feel this goal during your life? For example, such bad relationship or persistent bad health. If you reach this goal, you will receive the next job or report that you will receive a 10% performance bonus at your workplace, what efforts will you make?
What do I mean by fear? There are simpler examples. If you have to do something that goes first outside the comfortable zone, you may be putting fear in fear.
Then there is the fear of fear. What do they think about you if they do not reach their goal? How will you face them and maintain their integrity? Is it better if you went out to see me? So no one will be able to judge me.
Another fear is the fear of success. What if I actually do it and people know I'm a scam? Is this the goal I really want? The fear of self becomes doubtful and tries to talk about itself.
What evidence does this support in a business environment?
During the survey on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and sole traders, which was considered the most challenging in 2010. All of the respondents reported that they had partially met their goals and objectives in 2009. 33% of these goals were significant and the reason for failure to do so is to seek help and lack of trust in the economy, inter alia.
Many of these targets were pursued next year, and some of them were taken over. When asked what they will do to achieve this, 66% report trying to do something else and 33% seeking help.
What is it that prevents these businessmen from moving forward? The most important factors of the examined sample are: Lack of skills, lack of knowledge, health, fear (success / failure) and limitation of beliefs
Those who have responded to seeking help; they are equally divided in trade or profession, approaching a business leader, or with specialized suppliers. From these three options, you can definitely see what your competitors are doing. After all, if someone in our sector is successful, see what they are doing. Likewise, specialized suppliers may also be useful if they understand their goals and aspirations. However, there may be another agenda, after all these things are in business.
However, neither of these two approaches focuses on helping to achieve their goals and neither of them takes responsibility for their work. This is where the Business coach can be particularly valuable. They provide you with help in defining and developing goals, identifying what prevents you and developing strategies that help you to deal with these obstacles when they come.
The Business trainer asks you to check, move, and whatever you want to keep fit for these goals. As a Sole Trader or SME, there are often no people you can share and discuss with your goals.
One of the business trainer's frequent objections to the perceived cost is often saying "I can not let it" or "too expensive". Sometimes it is useful to look at it from another point of view as well. What does it matter to you not to use a business trainer? If you can add a value to achieving any of your goals, you can quickly calculate an effective Business Coaching feature.
Let's go back to the survey respondents for a moment. Two of the challenges identified were lack of qualifications and lack of knowledge. Let's say, for a moment, if a business trainer can help identify what these gaps are, how to close them and how to apply them to your business, what would this value be? You may think that you are alone on your own, but do you consider it for a moment to clearly identify those gaps or knowledge? How long would it last? Which way do you go? For example
